Culture

Chesham is a historical market town with a long high street filled with great cafes and restaurants. There are pubs dating back to the 17th century and plenty of Grade II listed buildings to admire. The Elgiva theatre and cinema attracts many visitors and the unique 100 year old open air swimming pool is still fed by spring water. The top of Lowndes Park offers great views across the town and with Chesham nestled in the centre of the Chiltern valleys, many weekend walkers travel up from London to enjoy a woodland hike.
